To use the smart plugs with third-party voice assistants, connect them to the Smart Life App, and then link your third-party service account (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings) on the app. Alternatively, you can activate the "Smart Life" skill in the third-party voice assistant's app.
In the unlikely event of a problem with your smart plug, Eightree offers a 2-year replacement service. If you encounter any issues, simply reach out to them through Amazon or their official email, and they'll be happy to assist you.
