The Meross MSS510 Upgrade Version wall light switch can be controlled from anywhere (Internet Required) through the Meross app (iOS 9.0 or higher, Android 4.1 or higher). It allows you to turn the connected lights or fans on and off, and to set schedules or auto-off timer routines around your daily needs. Additionally, after pairing with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you can simply control the connected devices with voice commands.
The MSS510 Upgrade Version comes in a smaller size, fitting perfectly for US and Canada standard junction boxes, whether it's a 1 Gang, 2 Gang, 3 Gang, or even 4 Gang. It is a Single-Pole switch, and does not support 3-way switch installations. A Neutral wire is required for the installation.
The MT7682 chipset used in the MSS510 is much better than normal chipsets, greatly enhancing the wireless stability and WiFi signal connections. In the rare event of dropouts, the switch will reconnect itself, eliminating any hassles. The MSS510 also supports sunrise and sunset setting features.
Moreover, the Meross app's clearly designed setup wizard makes the wiring process incredibly easy. The MSS510 operates using Wi-Fi, allowing you to simply connect it to your existing home Wi-Fi network without the need for an extra hub.
